Depend-a-Dor was formed & fulfilled this niche by supplying service & maintenance to the many property management companies in Victoria. We were the pioneers of “The Door Maintenance Contract”, therefore, insuring our customers that their doors & grilles operate efficiently and thereby relieved management companies of this responsibility.

Throughout the years we have grown to be the largest service company on Vancouver Island providing service, installation of estate gates, industrial doors, mall security grilles, underground security parking grilles & also residential doors & operators.
