Re: Quality of Service

I want you to know how pleased I was with the quality of service I received from your company.

I called on Monday morning, March 22 and you were able to quickly schedule someone to come to my house the next day. I had requested the replacement of my 1-year old garage door opener as I was having problems with the receiving sensor. Your technician came out and quickly corrected the problem. He did not feel that it was necessary to install a new garage door opener. My garage door opener was fine, but the receiving sensor was incorrectly installed. It was a problem he had seen several times. As per my request, he installed weather stripping around my garage door and I could see that he did a very nice job.

Your technician was very professional. He was patient with my questions and very honest –qualities that are rare. I expected to pay $500 and was pleasantly surprised to be paying under $200. He is a credit to your company.

As a result of my pleasant experience with Depend-a-Dor, I have no hesitation in using your company again or in recommending it to my friends/co-workers, etc.

Recently we had repairs done to our two overhead doors and received the invoice yesterday.

We would just like to extend our thanks for the exceptional service by your firm. The serviceman came promptly the same day we phoned to fix this urgent situation. He then returned on another day to do the remainder of the work.
